That depends on your school’s needs and sponsor interest. We can create unique posters for each sports season or event cycle — as long as there’s sufficient demand and community participation.
Our standard package typically includes 100-200 t-shirts and 250–300 full-color posters (20” x 26”). We also offer banners, pocket schedules and 8.5” x 11” mini posters depending on the project scope and school preferences.
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of ad sizes and pricing — from around $200 for smaller placements to $700+ for premium banner spots. Whether it’s a small local shop or a larger company, there’s an option that fits.
Our experienced outreach team contacts businesses within your community to invite them to sponsor your project. Many of our team members have worked with the same schools and regions for years and always use a professional, low-pressure approach.
We recommend allowing 3-6 months from the time your finalized schedule is submitted. This gives us enough time to build your proof, make revisions, and print and ship your order on time.

Yes. Every business that supports your project will receive their own copy of the poster from us directly — you don’t need to handle any sponsor distribution. We do ask schools to help share the posters within the school and local community.
To secure your spot in our seasonal production schedule, we’ll need a signed authorization form as soon as possible. We work with a limited number of schools each year to maintain quality and service — once you’re confirmed, we’ll get to work right away.
Note: We never begin a project unless the school has officially invited us to do so.
